{N}ame: Cyrus
{A}ge: 29
{G}ender: Male
{W}hereabouts: Veilstone City, Sinnoh
{B}irthdate: February 2, 1982
{T}rainer class: Galactic Boss
{P}okemon: Weavile, Honchkrow, Houndoom, Crobat, Gyarados, Absol
{H}istory:
Cyrus was born in Sunyshore City, Sinnoh. Growing up, he was a phenomenal student and tried very hard to meet his parents very high expectations. But no matter how hard he tried, it was never enough. He hated people. He hated his parents. He hated everyone. The only comfort he found was in robots and mechanical things. Even pokemon didn't excite him. He approached his grandfather about letting him move in, but his grandfather was reluctant to let him stay so Cyrus cut ties with him.
When he was ten years old, he decided to forgo going on the typical pokemon journey most kids his age would have set out upon. Instead, he decided to stick to school. While others were more concerned with pokemon, he was more concerned with gaining respect from his parents and the bullies who used to pick on him.
He was able to obtain a degree early and set out into the world of business. He became the CEO of his own company, which quickly grew to success with the help of advertising and Cyrus's advanced mind and knowledge of how people work.
But his business was just a facade. Cyrus didn't plan on just conquering the business world. He wanted to conquer the world itself.
He created Team Galactic - an organization dedicated to the creation of a new world void of emotions. With cleverly designed propaganda and his strong leadership, he was able to recruit many members without even telling most of them his plan.
His plan is to use the spirits of Azelf, Uxie and Mesprit to create the red chain and with the red chain capture both Palkia and Dialga. WIth the power of space and time, a new world would easily be in his grasp.
{P}ersonality:
Cyrus is cold and unemotional, but is an incredibly good actor. He is easily able to convince people he does have emotions, when in fact, he doesn't. He hates almost everyone and finds people to be miserable.
He's a control freak with a god complex. If anything, the number one thing he likes is power. He also likes respect a lot, too.
He has a very high libido. He views sex as a way of expressing complete and total power over someone. He doesn't really see gender when it comes to sex, just him dominating someone. He has no interest in love or relationships or even friendships for that matter.
He does have one soft spot for one person, though, but even when it comes to her, he won't give up his plan. He values his plan more than anything.

{S}how me your skills:
Cyrus stared at the light ripples of water in Lake Verity, watching for the slightest movement in the water. Mesprit, the being of emotion resided in the lake right before him. He just needed to draw it out. But how was he going to? How was he, the unemeotional, supposed to draw out a being of emotion? He looked at the water even more. Perhaps speaking to it would stir it's presence. That was all he needed anyways. He just needed the lake spirit to simply acknowledge who he was, "...The flowing time... The expanding space... I will make it all mine one day... Cyrus is my name. Remember it... Until then, sleep while you can, legendary Pokémon of the lake bed...."
Crunch. Crunch. Snap. Crunch.
He heard the rustle of the tall grass nearby, quickly drawing him out of his thought. He looked to see who it could possibly be. It was a girl. She was small, with blue hair and a white hat. She wore a black top and pick skirt that was far too short, in his opinion. There was something about her that just stuck out to him though. She looked so pure, so lovely. Like an angel.
But Cyrus pushed all these thoughts to the back of his head, walking up to her and her friend very briskly with an abrupt and commanding, "Allow me to pass. Step aside."
They both obliged as if it were a command and parted enough for him to pass.
He made his way to the Galactic helicopter positioned in the wooded area nearby, greeting Mars where she stood, "All is according to plan, Mars. Lake Verity's guardian will be our soon enough."
Before boarding the helicopter, he looked behind himself - the glare of the angel he had saw before still resonating in his mind, reminding himself he was doing this all to save girls like her from ever frowning again.
