{N}ame: Thorton
{A}ge: 15
{G}ender: Male
{W}hereabouts: Battle Factory, Battle Frontier, Fight Area, Battle Zone, Sinnoh
{B}irthdate: April 1st, 1995
{T}rainer class: Factory Head / Frontier Brain
{P}okemon: Formally, he does not have any Pokemon, as he inherited the Battle Factory at a young age. But, he does seem to be fond of a Porygon Z.
{H}istory: Thorton was born into a prestigious family, with riches a protagonist cannot even fathom. He was sent to a private academy, and was the most outstanding student of his class. At the age of eleven, his mother had died. Thorton did not feel so much about her death, but his father did. Nejiki's father fell into a severe depressive state, and as a result, committed suicide.
One day, during some class at the academy he attended, he was recruited by Noland, as Nolan took interest in the young nerd’s analytical skills in battle. Seeing potential in Thorton, Nolan decides to give the title of “Factory Head” to him, and sends him off to dictate the Battle Factory in Sinnoh, to rule and become its leader.
Upon his entry to the new Battle Frontier, a towering, older, blonde man walked into the newly appointed Factory Head, knocking him over. Thorton, confused and dazed, was suddenly thrown over the stranger's shoulders. Too shocked to resist, Thorton was taken to the entrance building of the Battle Frontier, where he then meet his co-workers, and new family.
And so began the chapter to a new, unfamiliar world.
{P}ersonality: Thorton is a distant person. He has no close, personal friends, and speaks in a very formal, intelligent manner. He approaches all conflicts with a logarithmic method; he does things step-by-step and by the book. He prefers to do things systematically, in an ordered manner. Being practical and using instinct is "unpredictable, with too many varying factors affecting the outcome."
He tries to avoid all social gatherings and informal meetings. He is not one to socialize, because he believes that if one socializes, it reveals their weakness, and that people will take advantage of that weakness. If he’s at a party or some hangout, if ever, he will stay in the background, and keep all language at a far distance, so he comes off as apathetic and unfeeling.
He is skilled at strategy building and counter his opponents. As the Factory Head, he has the advantage of choosing a team capable of countering and defeating his opponent’s Pokemon.
Thorton also hates losing. He’s a sore loser. He will obsess over his loss, and will go into this pseudo-depressive state for awhile from the moment of defeat.
{C}reator: Jeremy C. Known as PT's current Conway and Brawly, and previously PT's Ritchie, Roark, Lance, Mira, Drayden, Lucario, and Falkner.
{S}how me your skills:
*click, click, sliiiide* The sounds of a computer mouse filled the room as the Factory Head created figures and numbers for his data analysis of his last battle, which he lost. “This cannot be correct.” He states, irritated. “My calculations are never wrong! There must be some exogenous factors affecting the data. I’m 100% sure of it!” He claws his head out of frustration, continuing the rapid clicks.
