{N}ame: Austin
{A}ge: 19
{G}ender: Male
{W}hereabouts: Nimbasa City
{B}irthdate: August 8, 1991
{T}rainer class: Ace Trainer
{P}okemon: Swoobat, Archeops (on hand)
{H}istory: Austin was born and raised in Straiton City. He ended up being raised by his aunt, who works as head cook at the cafe/gym. His father was an avid travel writer and photographer. He used to take Austin with him, but after a bad plane landing upon coming back to Unova when he was younger, Austin has been scared of flying - and of heights, for that matter - ever since. Austin didn't want his father to quit his job to take care of him, as he could see how passionate his father was about his career. At first, his father was reluctant, but decided to continue on the condition that Austin would travel and see the region when he was old enough to start a pokemon journey.
Which he did. He studied at the trainer's school rather intensively, having a knack for focusing on bringing out the best in his pokemon based on stats. Although he has captured and trained many pokemon, though, he tends to travel with only one or two on hand at a time, so as to give them his full attention. He switches them up every two weeks. His swoobat is his best pokemon friend. It's rather funny that he also has an Archeops now, considering his phobias, but he thinks there is something calming about watching pokemon in flight.
Austin prefers to travel alone, but to keep the trips from being boring, he has a guitar with him. He learned how to play from his childhood neighbor next door, who commented that he had a nice voice and maybe he'd be the musical type. Austin doesn't think he's all that great himself, but considering that he has a difficult time expressing his feelings, he oftentimes does it through this creative outlet. He usually leaves his guitar at the hotels/inns he stays at while he explores the city, so as not to garner any attention like that. After all, his reasons for travelling are clear: to keep his promise to his father, and to become a great trainer.
{P}ersonality: Generally, Austin has a casual demeanor. He isn't incredibly charismatic, but straightforward - even blunt - about his views. He takes pride in his trainer class, but isn't overly cocky to the point that he cannot admit his own faults when proven wrong. He's competitive, but isn't the type to visibly get all riled up. He is always looking forward, focused on bettering himself.
It can also be noted that Austin apparently has a soft side for White, though. These vague but fluttering feelings seemed to develop after meeting her at the ferris wheel. He hopes to see her again, as there was something about her that intrigues him so much.
{C}reator: Claude
{S}how me your skills:
"I don't know what I'm doing anymore." Austin groaned in frustration as he strummed an open chord. He was sitting by the window as he tried to relax after a rigorous training session. The weather was so nice outside, with summer finally here; the sun shining brightly and clouds floating on by. Leaning against the warm glass, the ace trainer sighed. He could see the city people bustling about; family tourists coming to visit, excited fans on their way to the arenas, theatre enthusiasts and traveling trainers galore. He wasn't planning on coming back so soon to Nimbasa, but with the change in seasons, he couldn't help but hope...
"I don't even know if I'll see her again."
There was a small chance. A very slim one. Would she even remember him?
He wondered if she had gotten stronger. If he could beat her this time.
But most of all, he wondered if she'd let him hold her hand one more time.
